Kisha brings over twenty years of legal experience to Staff Up,  She has practiced law in both a traditional law firm setting and in an in-house capacity. Her wide range of positions held in both environments, provides her with a unique insight into what candidates need to possess to be successful in their legal career pursuits. Not only has Kisha been the associate tasked with performing her assigned work, but she has also been the manager who bore the responsibility of making sure that work was performed in a certain manner. Both vantage points serve her well in identifying not only the right candidate for the right position, but also with understanding the needs of the firm seeking to fill a role.
